Returns & Cancellation Policy
ROFF STORE has as its priority your total satisfaction with our products and services. This is reflected in our returns policy so you can shop with confidence and know that we can offer you exchange or refund for items not up to your expectation.
At ROFF STORE, you enjoy a 30 Days No Questions Asked returns policy.
If your purchased item(s) is not up to your expectation or that you simply changed your mind about the item(s), ROFF STORE will be glad to exchange the item(s) or issue a refund. We simply need you to fulfil the below requirement:
1) Within 7 days upon receiving your order, make a request to email@example.com, stating if you would like an exchange or refund.
2) Return the item(s) to us within 30 days upon receiving an ‘Returns Approval’ email from us.
3) Item(s) must be returned in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and proof of purchase document. We will only exchange or refund item(s) purchased directly from www.roffstore.com

Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. ROFF STORE will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
We will not refund you any cost in sending the returned item(s) back to us and you will need to pay for return shipping from ROFF STORE back to you for exchanged products.
For defective or incorrect item(s), we will refund you for regular registered shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package and we will also pay for return shipping back to you for exchanged products.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued we receive the item(s) and verified the returns. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
This Returns policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on www.roffstore.com
Defective products are covered for 3 months. If you feel that the item(s) received is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 months of receiving the item(s) for assistance on exchange.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Team. A faulty product will be replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse, physical abuse, activities other than the intended purpose or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions accompanying the products. If the same item is not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value will be offered.
If you realise you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please write in to email@example.com within 24 hours from the time of order, to inform us of the cancellation. Since we strive to despatch your order quickly, it will not be possible for us to cancel your order after the 24 hours bracket.
